Community Service

The high school years are years of growth, a time when a child learns to recognize not only his own needs but the needs of others as well. As a school established upon values that have made the Jewish nation the foundation of Western morality and ideology, Sinai Academy aims impart a sense of communal responsibility, of citizenship, and commitment to ones people and all human kind. Feelings of compassion are only meaningful when coupled with action. As such, as part of Sinai Academy’s curriculum, hours of community service is required. Students are offered a number of volunteer opportunities and are able to select a community need that really evokes his empathy.
